The amazingly talented 27 year-old Aussie digital artist, Patrick Brown screamed onto my radar this week after I was surfing around catching up on all things “Dexter” prior to the launch of the 8th and final season late next month.
Time to feature another fantastic artist as part of my ongoing “Artist Spotlight” series. I have a little added motivation for covering this particular artist this time around, but I’ll get to that shortly.
Every now and then I come across the work of an artist that really catches my eye and it only makes sense to share my findings with all of my “arty” readers (I know there’s more than a handful of you out there).
Just returned this morning from a quick work trip up north to Whitehorse in the Yukon. There wasn’t a whole lot of time to get out and do any sightseeing despite the almost 24 hour supply of daylight, but I did manage to get down to the “Midnight Sun Gallery” to peruse through, and actually purchase some artwork that caught my eye when Ryan and I were up there back in February.
