I haven't had the chance to get out and take some shots at night around Vancouver for a very long time. But thanks to this bizarre dry and freakishly warm (well 6 degrees celsius anyway) weather, I was able to "down tools" at work this afternoon and head straight out over the Granville Street Bridge to have a bit of a poke around down town.

The city is really starting to buzz (it's about time) with only 20 days left now until the 2010 Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony. Olympic branding is appearing all over and there's little make-shift tents and beer halls popping up all around the place.

I'll cover some of the major events and attractions that are grabbing my attention in future Blog entries, but in the meantime, here's just a few shots I took while out tonight.
